La casa esta el barrio de Arguelles , una zona excelente de Madrid. Muy bien comunicada con la universidad Complutense y con otros lugares históricos de la ciudad.La casa es grande , agradable y cómoda!! Hay internet. 4 habitaciones. Baños. Se pueden ver las fotos de las distintas zonas.
Tengo mucha experiencia en alojamiento para estudiantes extranjeros. cocina española -mediterránea
Únicamente Alojamiento con media pensión .(desayuno y cena) 720 euros/mes ,con lavado de ropas semanal.

The flat it’s situated in Arguelles, exellent district of Madrid. Very good communication with the Complutense University, the Madrid historic and the center town.
Tha flat it’s big, very nice and comfortable. There are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. You can see the picture of the rooms.
I have many experience with the accomodation of the international students.
The price, 720 euros for a months, included breakfast, dinner every day and the washing of clothes one time for a week. Internet with wifi.
